Tide is saying my read access account no longer exists and code for admin account wont send. Can’t access my account at all!

Thank you for reaching out. I’m sorry to hear that you are having issues with your read-only access. I recommend you to contact the account holder as only the account holder can manage the read-only access to the account. And if any further assistance is required, please advise the account holder to contact our Member Support team in-app and they’ll be happy to assist.
