Accessing Tide on the web


To access your Tide account on the web, visit in your browser. This page will display a QR code which needs to be scanned from your mobile device to allow access.

To access your Tide account, navigate to the more section. Tap the Log in on the web icon, located at the top of your screen.

Scan the QR code displayed on in your browser with your phone. Once successful, you will be shown this screen, and you will be able to access your Tide account in your web browser.

Tide on the web allows you to view and categorise your most recent transactions for each account, and to send invoices. Tide on the web does not yet allow payments to be made.

Woops! Error on my part, thank you for flagging this. The Guide to Tide is now public, and we hope to have Tide on the Web live by tomorrow.


Does that only have to be done once to register a device or is that every time you login? I work on offshore platforms where phones are not allowed offshore so could be 4 weeks without phone access.

For security reasons, you will need your phone to access Tide on the web.
