Access problems

Morning,

I have been through app reactivation this morning, but my access is subjct to ‘additional checks’. I require immediate access to my account, and your customer support feature ‘start a conversation’ is not functional.

With no other obvious channels of customer support I find I must resort to this forum. Please contact me without delay.
