Accepted for new account but locked on chat screen and no sort code or account number

Iv just been accepted for account and it has frozen on chat screen and I can get my sort code or account number , I have sent 3 emails since yesterday with no reply terrible customer service , I’m going to lose a job worth £7500 because I can’t give them my account details
