I am a new Tide customer. I have issued my first set of invoices through my account. One was paid 7 days ago, but nothing is appearing in my account. Because of this I am also worried that others have paid me but it’s not appearing. I have tried messaging through my account, but no response. This is very important - its my income that I depend on.
