3d secure isn’t working. I’m trying to make a payment online but am not being sent the sms to confirm, so I cannot proceed.

I contacted support, who took 15 hours to reply, and then up to half an hour between replies in order to check my phone was working (obviously I’d checked this in the first 12 hours), and then tell me they that they’ve passed it on to the ‘payment provider’ to sort out, but they can’t give me any sort of time frame (not hours or days).
